Initially billed as a solo-concert by Thundercat. Later turned into a festival with several artists.
That’s probably the cause of the bad rating. The sound was horrendous. On the balcony it was all one big blur. The sound man struggled all night. Standing in the pit some instruments could be separated. But at times it seemed to turn into a show just for the kick-drum. Every kick went straight through me.
Very disappointing. Thundercat made one of the best records of 2017. This concert was meant to be the finishing touch, but it was a real letdown. Thanks to the sound man!
