After years and years of waiting suddenly news broke that D’Angelo was coming to Amsterdam. I had to be there: and rightfully so: such musicality. Lots of new, unknown, promising work. After the show an extra night concert was added to the tour schedule, also at the Paradiso on February 10th, 2010. I managed to get tickets to the show that would be my son Rachid’s very first concert ever.
