New Order at last! And it was phenomenal. Despite some mistakes (Blue Monday was a major letdown) euphoria still remained. Your Silent Face, Subculture, Bizarre Love Triangle, Plastic and a truly magnificent Tempation made for an unforgettable evening. The sound was perfect and Sumner held his tone. Beautiful imagery and lighting made the show impressive.
Even though the Joy Division songs may have been unnecessary, but they were moving. New Order’s history can’t be seperated from that original source.
So another special evening. The European tour setlists all ended with Decades and Love Will Tear Us Apart. This night Decades was replaced by Atmosphere.
